The “Equality Movement” aims to create equal rights and opportunities for LGBTQI individuals and to integrate them into society. In order to achieve this goal, the organization works towards protecting and advocating for the community’s rights.
If you have become a victim of violence and/or discrimination in any space (on the street, in a workplace, in the family, e.t.c) on the bases of your gender identity and/or sexual orientation, if you are blackmailed or threatened, if you are a victim of the family violence, if your right to privacy is illegally violated, if, in some other cases, realizing your rights as an LGBTQI individual is restricted illegally, the organization is ready to provide you free legal aid, which includes legal consults, preparation of the legal documents, representing you and your interests in the administrative bodies and in all instances of the court, on the civil, administrative and criminal cases.
